Applicability of New Porous Precast Concrete Blocks for Torrent Management

摘要


水保局臺東分局為考量同時能符合環境友善及職業安全的施工方法,認為現階段預鑄工法是能達成目標的發展方向。而本研究就野溪治理工區進行調查,瞭解分局研發之專利預鑄塊於護岸施作情況,並協助開發塊體於固床工運用,透由分析其淘刷作用,建立工法之基礎研究。水工試驗研究結果顯示,RC箱固床工的表現絕大多數優於傳統式固床工;而C型固床工無法改善傳統式固床工趾部渠床淘刷的問題,反而讓問題更加惡化;X型固床工就絕對平均最大淘刷深度及淘刷坑的絕對平均最大長度大多小於傳統式固床工,表示X型固床工可以減緩固床工趾部渠床淘刷的問題;X+C弧型固床工會產生比傳統式固床工更大規模的渠床淘刷,在更高流量的條件下,弧型固床工的表現更為惡劣。

The Taitung Branch of the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau considers precast concrete blocks to be the optimal solution for addressing the deleterious effects of torrent management on occupational safety and the environment. This study investigated the effectiveness of the precast concrete block construction process and examined hydraulic experiments on newly patented concrete blocks in the application of groundsills. The results showed that groundsills encased in reinforced concrete prevented erosion more effectively than did traditional groundsills. Type-C concrete groundsill enclosures cannot be improved to alleviate erosion problems and are more likely to fail than traditional groundsills. Type-X concrete groundsill enclosures were more effective than traditional groundsills in terms of the absolute mean maximum erosion depth and the absolute mean maximum erosion length. Finally, the Type-X and Type-C combination concrete groundsill enclosures are effective for preventing large-scale erosion in high-flow environments.
