摘要
性自主是個體對性及生殖之權利、思想與行為。本文依Walker & Avant (2005)提出的概念分析策略，進行性自主之概念分析，確認其定義性特徵為：能清楚覺察到自己的性需求、可理性且獨立地判斷性目標、具備自我決定及評價之性知能及能力、擁有主動抉擇及執行性行為之權利及自由；並以典型案例、邊緣案例、相關案例及相反案例加以說明。分析性自主之前因應具備個體獨立的思考能力、擁有自由行使的意志權利及行為、引發性行為的內、外在刺激因子；其後果則為個人生、心理方面的性愉悅、性滿足、性價值觀的達成、自我統整、自我認同及肯定，及在社會文化方面的性生活品質、性權利、性責任及性義務能符合期望，最後列舉相關之實證性資料說明。期望藉由本文對性自主之完整概念分析，能先有助於護理人員對性自主的了解，並能明確地應用在護理實務及相關領域的研究，進而推廣性自主之概念於各方領域，以維護婦女性自主之權益。

Sexual autonomy is the rights, thinking and behavior of sex and breeding for an individual. The concept analysis of sexual autonomy, confirmed the defining attribution of sexual autonomy and constructed the model case, borderline case, related case and contrary case in accordance with strategies for concept analysis that had been proposed by Walker and Avant (2005). We also analyzed the antecedents and consequences of sexual autonomy and listed the related experimental data to prove it. We hope that the intact concept analysis results of sexual autonomy in this article can help nursing staff realize the mean and apply it in related research fields of sexual autonomy. Furthermore, they can popularize the concept of sexual autonomy in other fields and can assist disadvantaged women to understand the meaning of sexual autonomy.
