本研究目的在暸解某醫學中心實施臨床專業能力進階制度後,手術全期護理人員自覺護理能力增進程度,與對於進階制度成效的滿意程度,並探討其相關影響因素。研究採問卷調查法,樣本來自某醫學中心手術室N1(含)以上護理人員,共計收案157名。研究工具為自擬之結構式問卷。研究結果顯示實施護理專業能力進階制度之後,手術全期護理人員對於能力進階制度之成效滿意程度,依序為組織支持程度96.8%、整體制度93.6%、自我及專業成長93%、品管與教研92.4%、溝通及團隊合作87.2%、臨床照護86.6%。年齡較年輕者、職稱及級階較低者、工作年資越資淺的手術全期護理人員對臨床專業能力進階制度實施成效的滿意程度越高。同時,自覺臨床護理能力增進程度越多的護理人員對能力進階制度實施成效的滿意程度越高。本研究結果可以提供發展本土化手術全期護理人員臨床專業能力進階教育訓練之依據,以及護理行政管理者制定臨床專業能力進階制度政策之參考。
The purpose of this study is to understand the effectiveness and related factors of the effects of the perioperative nursing clinical ladder program. Aself-administered questionnaire was used to evaluate perioperative registered nurses of operating room in Taipei. A total of 157 effective questionnaires were collected. Data analysis were processed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Pearson correlation by employing SPSS statistical software. As the results, all of the nurses self-assessed great improvement of their nursing competencies. There are more than eighty five percent of the nurses are satisfied of the clinical ladder program on organizational support, the overview of the program, self and professional development, quality management and education, communication and team work, and professional proformance. Personal characteristics such as age, education, seniority, position, did influence the effects of perioperative nursing satisfaction to the clinical ladder program The result of the study will improve the perioperative nursing clinical ladder programand provide the nursing administrators to examine the effects of the clinical ladder programin perioperative nursing..
