Preliminary Results on Triploidy Induced by Heat Shocks in the Brown Trout(Salmo Trutta)

摘要


將草蝦之後期幼蟲(PL 6)分別培育在循環式與半靜止式系統內21天,培育期間測定水質因子、蝦體重與活存率。結果顯示總無機氨—氮、未解離氨—氮、亞硝酸—氮、硝酸—氮、正磷酸—磷,總磷均以循環式系統較半靜止式系統爲低,兩個系統內蝦之體重沒有顯著差異,但蝦之活存率則以培育於循環式系統較培育於半靜止式系統爲高,添加硝化細菌有助於循環式系統內氨與亞硝酸之減少。

The postlarvae(PL6)of tiger shrimp Penaeus monodon were cultured in arecirculation,a recirculation system added with nitrifier or a semi-static system.Parameters of wter quality,growth and survival of the shrimps were monitoredfor 21 days.The results indicated that the concentrations of ammonia-N,NH3-N,nitrite-N,nitrate-N,orthophosphate-P,total-P,COD in the recirculationsystem was lower than those in the semi-static system.The body weight ofof the shrimps did not differ significantly between two systems.However,the postlarvae reared in the recirculation system had higher survival thanthose in the semi-static system.Adding nitrifying bacteria in the recirculationsystem helps reduce ammonia and nitrite.
