摘要

本文係以文獻回顧分析生態系模式之研究與發展現況；其中含括生態學與熱力學所結合之生態能量學的演進，詳述模式化生態系之能量流轉的生態（火用）分析法，以及不同形式之（火用）估測法，並闡釋生態能量學與訊息理論的結合意涵，特別是剖析其所延伸之總系統傳輸量、平均交互訊息、系統不確定性、系統優越性、發展量以及系統開銷等六種系統層級的訊息指數於量化演替過程中，理解生態系之結構與功能改變的意義，期提供有志於生態系模式分析研究者之參考。

This paper is to analyze the research and development of ecosystem models by literature review. It included to the revolution of ecological energetics combined with ecology and thermodynamics, describing the modification of energy flow and transfer in the ecosystem, through the ecological exergy analysis, and exergy estimation of different types. It also explained the meaning of the combination with ecological energetics and information theory. We especially discussed the meaning of understanding the change of structure and function in the ecosystem by the six systematic level information indices. They were total system throughput, average mutual information, system uncertainty, system ascendancy, development capacity and system overhead, which were used to quantify the successional process. This paper provided the reference for the researcher who interested in the analyses of ecosystem models.
