農民電腦網路技能訓練滿意度影響因素之研究

Exploring Factors Affecting Farmers' Satisfaction with Information and Communication Technology Training

摘要


本研究旨在探討影響農民電腦網路技能訓練成效之因素,並分析不同程度屬性之訓練課程與學員個人特質對農民知覺訓練滿意度之影響。另本研究以農委會2005年農民電腦網路技能訓練計畫之學員滿意度資料進行分析,研究樣本為參加基礎班(2,096)與進階班(2,236)訓練之4,332名農民學員。研究結果顯示,農民個人特質對電腦網路技能訓練課程參訓滿意度評價確有影響,且在不同程度屬性課程有不同效果。因素分析結果也發現兩種課程萃取出不同之滿意度因素組成,基礎班為訓練課程與教學、訓練規劃、訓練行政等三個因素,而進階班則為訓練規劃與發展及訓練行政等兩個因素。本研究進一步分析農民個人特質在兩種屬性課程參訓滿意度的影響,並針對研究結果加以討論與提出未來研究建議。

This study explored factors influencing farmers' satisfaction with information and communication technology (ICT) training. It further analyzed effects of individual characteristics and different attributes of training programs on farmers' satisfaction. The study used data from the Farmers' ICT Training Project of 2005 conducted by Council of Agriculture, including evaluations of 4,332 trainees, of which 2,096 came from introductory programs and 2,236 came from advanced programs respectively. Results of this study reveal that farmers' characteristics and attributes of training programs do have an effect on their evaluation of training. Through factor analysis, it also found different sets of factors pertaining to such two levels of training programs. There are training course and instruction, training planning, and training administration factors contributing to farmers' satisfaction with introductory training programs. In addition, training planning and development, and training administration factors contributed to farmers' satisfaction with advanced training programs. This study further analyzed the impacts of farmers' characteristics on their training evaluation of different levels of training programs. In conclusion, suggestions for future research are given.
