環刻與疏花對「台農2號」荔枝植體營養與果實品質之影響

Effects of Girdling and Inflorescence Thinning on Plant Nutrition and Fruit Quality of "Tainung No. 2" Litchi

摘要


本研究目的是為了探討環刻與疏花序對「台農2號」荔枝樹體礦物元素含量及果實品質的影響。於環刻前後和疏花前後進行植體採樣,分析其礦物元素及碳水化合物之含量,以瞭解各個器官中的營養之變化,並比較各處理對果實產量和品質之差異。有關植體礦物元素含量,環刻配合疏花處理,於果實成熟期可顯著提升枝條的鉀濃度;環刻處理的枝條鋅含量皆顯著高於不環刻處理。開花期,不環刻處理之葉片磷含量顯著高於環刻處理,其他元素則無顯著差異;果實成熟期,葉片鎂含量以不環刻配合疏花處理為最高,且顯著高於環刻處理。而植體碳水化物含量,於開花期環刻處理之枝條內總可溶性糖含量顯著高於不環刻處理;果實成熟期,環刻不疏花處理枝條內總可溶性糖含量顯著高於不環刻處理;開花期環刻處理葉片之總可溶性糖與總碳水化合物顯著較高。成熟期之葉片澱粉含量,環刻處理顯著高於不環刻處理。綜合以上結論,環刻與疏花對礦物元素含量並沒有明顯影響。環刻處理可提升「台農2號」荔枝之總可溶性糖累積,疏花對總可溶性糖累積並無顯著影響,環刻或疏花處理皆不影響單穗著果數與果實品質上,故建議此「台農2號」荔枝於栽培管理可不需進行環刻和疏花。

To improve the fruit quality of "Tainung No. 2" litchi, the effects of girdling and inflorescence thinning were investigated in this study. To exam the fruit quality, fruits were sampled before and after girdling and inflorescence thinning to analyze the differential on mineral elements and carbohydrates contents. In addition, the contents of mineral elements and carbohydrates were analyzed in various organs such as the stem and leaves to understand the nutritional changes in the whole plant, and further compare the differences in fruit yield and quality between treatments. During the fruit maturity stage, zinc content was significantly increased in the girding treatment, and the potassium content increased 1.7%in stems when inflorescence thinning treatment was integrated. In the anthesis stage, there were no significant differences in the mineral element contents between distinct treatments. However, the phosphorus content in leaves was reduced significantly in the girdling treatment. During the fruit ripening stage, the magnesium content in leaves was the highest (0.44%) in the treatment with non-girdling and thinning. The carbohydrate contents in plants were significantly higher than those under non-girdling treatment at the flowering stage, and the girdling treatment at the flowering stage made the soluble sugar content in the stem significantly higher than that under the non-girdling treatment. During the maturity period, the starch content in leaves was significantly higher than that under non-girdling treatment. Taken together, girdling and inflorescence thinning treatments had no obvious positive effect on mineral element contents. Girdling treatment, not thinning, at the flowering stage, increased the accumulation of soluble sugar in the fruits. According to the results, girdling and thinning treatments do not affect the rate of fruit set and fruit quality. Therefore, we suggest that girdling and inflorescence thinning are not necessary during the cultivation process of "Tainung No. 2" litchi.
