摘要

腦室腹腔引流管移行至橫結腸是一個少見的併發症。一位76歲的女性，被家屬送至急診室，主訴二天來持續性噁心及肚子痛。病人三個月前，曾經因水腦症接受腦室腹腔引流管植入手術，理學檢查除了上腹壓痛及白血球稍高外，並無其他發現。因懷疑引流管感染，病人於一週後接受腦室腹腔引流管移除手術，手術中發現腹腔內導管穿入橫結腸內，於是將腹腔內導管移除，並將橫結腸修補。病人一個月後再次接受腦室腹腔引流管植入手術，目前復原良好。

Migration of ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunt into the transverse colon (T-colon) is a rare complication. A 76-year-old female who had undergone the insertion of a VP shunt for hydrocephalus about 3 months previously complained of nausea and progressive abdominal pain in the past two days. Physical examination revealed mild tenderness in the epigastric region. Under the impression of suspected infection, the patient received an operation to remove the VP shunt. During the exploratory laparotomy, migration of the VP shunt into the T-colon was noted. After wedge resection and repair of the T-colon, together with re-implantation of the VP shunt 1 month later, the condition of the patient improved.
