Intraneural ganglion cyst is a rare disease. We report a case of peroneal nerve palsy with presentation of drop foot for more than one year because of an intraneural ganglion cyst. The patient was treated by en bloc excision of the ganglion. At a five-year follow up, the sensory function recovered well and the motor weakness was persistent. Delay in diagnosis and surgical treatment will result in incomplete nerve function recovery.
