摘要

本研究以已婚職業婦女與全職家庭主婦為分析對象，目的在於探討這兩類的已婚婦女群體對於休閒活動參與阻礙之差異，及對降低阻礙所採行之協商策略是否有差異。本研究利用問卷調查方式，採便利抽樣法，並使用描述性統計、卡方檢定進行結果的？述與研究假設之驗證。研究結果顯示：1.職業婦女與家庭主婦在休閒阻礙之差異上，主要在於「缺乏時間」「缺乏交通工具」「忙於工作」上；2.不同之人口統計變數會影響休閒參與阻礙之因素；3.職業婦女與家庭主婦在「時間」是休閒阻礙之協商策略上，有顯著之差異。

This research is aimed at exploring the differentiation of constraints arising from participation in recreational activities between employed and non-employed married women, and whether the negotiation strategies to reduce such constraints vary between them. This research has been conducted with a questionnaire survey based upon convenient sampling. Several Cross table analyses and descriptive statistics were adopted to test the hypotheses and interpret the results.
The conclusions were as follows:
(1) The main differentiation of participation constraints in recreational activities between these two groups of women: lack of time, lack of transportation, and heavy workload.
(2) The factors of recreational participation constraints vary when different demographic variables are employed in the analysis.
(3) The negotiation strategy is apparently different between these two groups of women when the factor of time is considered in recreational participation constraints.
