摘要

本研究之主要目的乃在探究美國知名之休閒研究期刊(Journal of Leisure Research)1999至2003的研究趨勢。研究中總共回顧分析138篇研究論文。研究結果顯示，在過去五年問，休閒研究期刊涵蓋了幾個主要的研究趨勢，如性別的議題、休閒體驗、收費、種族、擁擠、休閒參與、動機、阻礙及健康等。最後，本研究並提出未來研究上的建議。

The main purpose of this study was to explore research trends in the Journal of Leisure Research from 1999 to 2003. The study reviewed 138 articles during the past five years. The results showed that there were several major research trends in the journal, such as the issues of gender, leisure experience, fees, race, crowding, leisure participation, motivations, constraints and health. The study also proposed some suggestions for future studies.
