A 62-year-old male presented with acute kidney injury following the administration of two doses of the ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccine. Rapid progressive glomerulonephritis (GN) was noticed, and he was treated with intravenous immunoglobulin and high-dose steroid therapy. Renal biopsy revealed membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (MPGN) pattern of injury with a "full house"-like pattern of immunoglobulin deposition, including immunoglobulin G, immunoglobulin M, immunoglobulin A, C1q, C3, C4, κ and λ light chain. This case is an unusual example of immune complex-mediated glomerulonephritis occurring after receiving the AZD1222 vaccine.
