鋼鐵爐石粉及飛灰於傳統混凝土中粉體之最佳用量研究

A Study on the Optimal Powder Dosage of Complex Slag and Fly Ash in Conventional Concrete

摘要


本文旨在探討鋼鐵爐石粉(包含轉爐石粉及高爐石粉)與飛灰應用作為混凝土膠結材料之強度效益與配比最佳化。轉爐石為鋼鐵生產過程中產生的廢棄物,大部份工業國家將轉爐石用於道渣及路基回填。這是一種較低層次的利用,已有研究著眼於將轉爐石磨粉用於水化膠結粉體的可能性。文中進行3天、7天、28天及90天齡期抗壓實驗,並應用統計方式分析轉爐石粉、高爐石粉及飛灰對混凝土強度之影響。同時以統計方法中之反應曲面呈現卜作嵐反應,作為評估最佳化轉爐石粉、高爐石粉與飛灰於普通混凝土中的用量比例之依據。配比實驗中,整體膠結粉體量分別為300 kg/m^3、410 kg/m^3及560 kg/m^3,對應水粉比為0.617、0.5及0.4,各粉體添加量佔整體膠結粉體量之比例分別為轉爐石粉1%~22%、高爐石粉12%~54%及飛灰2%~36%等範圍。

The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of complex slag, including basic oxygen furnace slag (BOF slag, hereinafter) and ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS, hereinafter), and fly ash on the strength of concrete and to optimize the mix proportions of concrete. BOF slag, which is a waste material from steel industry, is generally used for applications to filling the road base and subgrade. However, there are researches indicating the feasibility of BOF slag as a cementitious materials for concrete. In this study, the compressive strengths at 3, 7, 28, and 90 days were measured and the influences of BOF slag, GGBS, and fly ash on the compressive strengths of concrete were examined by statistical analysis. Furthermore, the pozzolanic effects were studied by the response surface method. The optimization of dosages of BOF slag, BBGS, and fly ash in concrete was then proposed based on the statistical analysis. The binder in mix proportions is given by 300 kg/m^3、410 kg/m^3 及 560 kg/m^3, with water powder ratio of 0.617, 0.5, and 0.4, respectively. The binders are composed of 1 ~ 22% of BOF slag, 12 ~ 54% of GGBS, and 2 ~ 36% of fly ash by weight of binder.
