摘要

本文研究擇定具有危害性之工業使用類項，分析居民對其作業績效在空間中波及影響之反應型態，藉以建立災害防治與土在使用分區管制的關聯分析，使都市地在使用管制策略之研擬進一步結合都市災害防治理念。主要目的在於建立都市土在使用災害績效管制標凖的分析架構，將都市災害的影響因素素及影響程度，納入分區管制策略考慮，以提高都市的居住安全與環境品質。

Urban land use control and hazards prevention can be matched by a comprehensive planning of physical and social economic processes In this dissertation, analyzing habitant perception about the performance of hazardous industries, evaluating the influential area of hazardous performance, including air pollution, water pollution, noise and vibration produced by the firm among urban area.
The purpose of this study is to develop an framework to coordinate hazard caused factors and its impacts with the strategy of performance zoning regulation It should improve the safety and environ mental quality of urban area
