使用肌切除術治療原發性眼瞼痙攣症－一病例報告

摘要

原發性眼瞼痙攣症並非很少見的疾病，但常因誤診或治療的方法不當而造成治療的效果不佳。利用冠狀頭皮切術切除皺眉肌及稜錐肌可同時矯正眉毛下垂症，利用眼瞼成形切開術切除環眼肌時可同時矯正眼皮鬆垂症，因此利用此種方法治療原發性眼瞼痙攣症的患者，不但可以解除患者的眼瞼痙攣也同時可改善患者的外觀，故為一理想的治療方式。

Tough the essential blepharospasm is not a rare disease, it is usually missed and treated unreasonably. Myectomy of protractor muscles of eyelid and eyebrow is the method of choice in treating essential blepharospasm. Through bifrontal coronal incision and blepharoplasty in-cision we can resect corrugator, the procerus and orbicularis oculi muscles and can correct the brow ptosis and dermatochalasia of eyelid simultaneously. Despite releasing blepharos-pasm, patient’s cosmesis is also improved dramatically. We recommend myectomy via bi-frontal coronal incision and blepharoplasty incision in treating essential blepharospasm.
