The occurrence of simultaneous multiple intracerebral hemorrhages is rare. Two patients, a 53-year-old woman and a 66-year-old man, were admitted to our hospital. Computed tomography showed the locations of hemorrhages. The woman presented with hemorrhages in left basal ganglion and left pons and the man in right basal ganglion and left occipital lobe. Differential diagnosis included aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, cerebral amyloid angiopathy, hemorrhagic infarction, cerebral sinus thrombosis, primary or metastatic brain tumor, brain abscess, and use of thrombolytic agent. Hypetension was the probable cause of these conditions.
