復合材料纏繞非粘性補強混凝土圓柱對於疲勞性質之效應

Effect of Fatigue on Compressive Strength of Concrete Columns Reinforced by Non-adhesive Filament Wound Composites

摘要


本論文的目的在探討固定峯值負荷下P=19300kg、變動負荷施加次數N=1000、2000、3000、4000、5000次對未補強之純混凝土圓柱,與±45°複合材料纏繞補強混凝土圓柱的疲勞後抗壓性能影響。進行疲勞測試時記錄特定次數之負荷-變形量,來求取其特定施載次數時之磁滯(遲滯)曲線,最後再進行壓縮強度測試,藉以比較疲勞後壓縮強度。並觀察其破壞模式。結果發現複合材料補強混凝土在高固定負荷,變動施載次數情況下最多提昇混凝土疲勞後抗壓強度達53.6%。皆有著極為優異之耐疲勞性質,證明複材在承受疲勞負荷時對混凝土之補強效果仍相當明顯,同時理論模型之預測值與實驗數據在高固定負荷及變動施載次數情況下亦相吻合。

The purpose of this paper is to study compression after fatigue (CAF) strength of concrete and ±45° composite/concrete columns under peak load P=19300kg, and fatigue cycle N=1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, and 5000. The load-displacement curves of some specific fatigue cycles are recorded to obtain the hysteresis curves. Compression tset is then conducted on the columns, and the failure modes are also observed. The CAF strength of composite/concrete columns is higher than that of concrete columns, the best of the former is 53.6% higher than the latter. This shows that the excellent reinforcing effect on the concrete columns provided by the glass/epoxy composite jackets. A theoretical model is proposed and correlates well with experimental data.
