應用實驗推導使用者適用之設備尺寸研究－以台灣女性使用之廚房洗滌檯面高度為例

摘要

本研究應用實驗法獲取適用於目標使用者的設備尺寸，全文以廚房洗滌檯面高度為研究範圍，提出適用於現代台灣女性廚房洗滌檯面高度。研究首先透過問卷調查了解廚房作業狀況、典型水槽樣式，並整理文獻提出各族群適合之洗滌檯面尺寸建議，爾後以實驗法、心物法與主觀感受量表(RPE)進行各洗滌任務合適檯面高度實驗並了解身體施力感受。實驗結果得知，不同身高及不同任務會影響作業檯面高度，因此建議依身高及任務訂定洗滌檯面高度。最後建議如下：固定式(適合身高5%ile-95%ile，身高149-165公分女性)洗滌檯面高度為92公分，內部檯面高度為76.7公分。可調式內部檯面高度建議：身高為5%ile(148公分以下)之女性適合68.67~73.33公分；身高為5%-50%(149~156公分)之女性適合75.77~78.38公分；身高為50%-95%(157~166公分)之女性適合78.92~80.08公分；身高為95%ile(166公分以上)之女性適合85.50~86.83公分。

This study acquired product dimensions that are suitable for target users through experiments and investigated the countertop height of kitchen sink. The results can be used to design countertop of kitchen sink with a height suitable for female in Taiwan. This study used questionnaire surveys to explore the operating situation in the kitchen and typical sink styles. A literature review indicated the suggested countertop height of kitchen sink dimensions that are appropriate for various populations. Subsequently, psychophysics and the Rating of Perceived Exertion scale were used to conduct various experiments regarding platform heights that are suitable for various washing tasks and the participant perceived force exertion were explored. The experimental results indicated that various body heights and task contents influenced the countertop height of kitchen sink. Thus, the countertop height of kitchen sink should be designed based on user height and tasks. The suggested height for fixed countertop height of kitchen sink is 92 cm and the bottom of countertop is 76.7 cm for women of a height between the 5th and 95th percentile (149-165cm). The suggested adjustable bottom of countertop heights are 68.67~73.33 cm, 75.77~78.38 cm, 78.92~80.08 cm, 85.50~86.83 cm for women of the height of 5th percentile (under 148cm), 5th-50th percentile (149~156cm), 50th-95th percentile(157~166cm), and higher than 95th percentile(over 166cm), respectively.
