社區文化資產保存之影響因素研究：從社會資本觀點探討

摘要

文化資產是地區歷史發展的重要實證，特別是古蹟等歷史建築更具有地方代表性。長期以來，在經濟發展的壓力下，古蹟保存議題始終面臨了極大的困難與挑戰，如何有效促進古蹟的良好管理與永續保存便成爲重要的課題。本研究目的主要以社會資本理論爲基礎，尋找社區文化資產保存的影響因素，以進一步爲促進居民參與古蹟保存提供建議。本研究以台南縣鹽水鎮橋南社區387位現居居民爲調查對象，針對其社會資本、古蹟保存態度及保存參與意願進行調查，並採用因素分析、變異數分析、相關分析等方式進行資料分析。研究結果顯示社區居民的社會資本及古蹟保存態度及古蹟保存參與意願，各構面間皆有顯著正相關。透過本研究之結果可知，欲達到良好的社區文化資產保存成效，應從建立穩定有效的溝通管道與妥善利用社區網絡開始。

The issue of cultural heritage preservation in Taiwan is invariably problematic. How to achieve well managed and sustainable preservation is an important study topic. The main purpose of this study is to understand the influences on community heritage preservation, according to a social capital perspective. The questionnaire survey was used for data collection, and factor analysis, one-way ANOVA and the correlation coefficient were used for data analysis. The analysis results showed that social capital was related to the intensity of resident attitudes towards heritage preservation, and as well as resident willingness to participate in preservation actions. The study results showed that good intercommunication and interaction network were the main influences on community heritage preservation.
