摘要

知識經濟為現今社經發展的主要導向，產業的發展不同於過去依賴資本或勞力密集，相對來說能夠掌握創新知識的產業較有助發展。相關文獻指出廠商藉參與創新知識網絡，使資源互助共享並獲取知識的資源與技術，使產業朝向不同於過去的發展路徑。但過去研究中較少針對地區產業投入創新知識及創新互動等進行探討，尤其地區產業依賴政策培植來奠定良好基礎，但面對時空轉變與全球競爭，產業本身是否具接收創新與轉化應用的能力，為促進產業得以持續發展的關鍵要素。本研究藉解析南部重點產業發展歷程與地方合作的知識互動模式，探究南部產業所建構的創新知識網絡及面對創新衝擊的適應能力。研究發現南部地區群聚／改變的產業為針對產品創新知識屬於正向變化的發展階段，不僅會透過外部創新知識引導內部創新刺激，更會與地方供應商、競爭者合作促進知識的交互作用，引導產業持續成長，使地區知識互動屬於根植滲透的狀態。顯示南部產業正藉創新知識的投入產生漣漪效應，促進產業結構轉變，以利產業的永續發展。

Industrial development, different from the past which was capital or labor intensive, is now favorable for industries with innovative knowledge. The related literature indicates that firms share resources, acquire knowledge and technologies, based on the networks of innovative knowledge. Thus, the development of industries is different from the past. However, research barely focused on the investigation of innovative knowledge and interaction by local industries. The ability of industries to acquire innovative knowledge and apply the knowledge, while facing global competition, is a critical factor for the continuous development of industries. This research analyzes the developmental process and collaboration of major industries in Southern Taiwan. Additionally, the networks of innovative knowledge established by the industries in Southern Taiwan as well as the ability to face the innovation was investigated. The research indicates that, as for product innovation, the industries with changing clusters in Southern Taiwan is a positive change. The external innovative knowledge stimulates the internal innovation of the industries. Moreover, the industries collaborate with local suppliers and competitors to promote knowledge interaction and further result in the continuous growth of industries. The research demonstrates the ripple effect of innovative knowledge, introduced by the industries in Southern Taiwan, promotes the transformation of industrial structure and benefits sustainable development of the industries.
