The effects of alternative sources of disturbances on the price level, the exchange rate, and interest rate are analyzed based on a stochastic full equilibrium model of managed floating exchange rates. How various structural parameters of the economy contribute to the variability of the price level, the exchange rate and the interest rate is also considered.
