台灣的綠色創新組織初探

摘要

若把擁有環保標章視為成功綠色創新的一種，則電子產業也顯示了強勁的創新能力，環保冰箱與綠色電腦是過去幾年家電業及電腦產業行銷的訴求之一。這些綠色創新是如何發生的，本研究挑選幾家通過「環保標章」的電子公司，探求其綠色創新與組織環境間的關係。
國內外有關「綠色企業」與「創新管理」的研究與文獻各已有不少，但進一步說明綠色創新所需要的組織環境則尚少。本研究以組織構成的五項要素：社會架構、目標、技術、參與者、環境著手，對國內五家擁有環保標章的全業做個案的研究，試著就組織要素對於綠色創新的影響做一初步的探討。

Electronic industry has shown it ability in innovation, Green computer & Eco-refrigerator are two eminent products during the last few years. Products that obtain eco-label certificates can be regarded as a form of green innovation. This paper investigates companies that produce Green computer & Eco-refrigerator to see the processes of green innovations & characteristics of these organizations.
Green business/management & innovation management/organization are two intensive researched topics recently. However, the organizational elements that enable green innovation have not been explored deliberately. Based on five eco-label products companies, we look into five organizational attributes objective, technology, participant, social structure and environment to explore how they influence green innovations.
