摘要

產品循環理論雖曾論及在產品成熟與衰退階段，對外投資產路可能有回銷母國的現象，然而過去文獻對於為何廠商會回銷以及受到哪些因素的影響，並未做進一步的探討。本文之主要目的在於建立一差異性商品理論模式，找出影響廠商回銷的因素，再利用台灣「製造業之多角化暨國際化進行實況調查」與「工商企業經營概況調查」等資料，就理論與實證上可能影響回銷之因素進行分析。

Reverse imports, as mentioned in Product Cycle Theory, have been a common phenomenon associated with outward direct investment. However, little study has been done regarding why reverse imports occur and what affects the reverse import ratios. This paper intends to provide some answers to the above questions. We first set up a theoretical model to identify factors affecting firms' reverse import rations. We then use Taiwan's survey data to conduct an empirical test.
