非早期食道癌：單獨放射治療及手術前放射治療之結果

Advanced Carcinoma of the Esophagus: Results of Radiotherapy Alone Verus Pre-Operative Radiotherapy

摘要

自民國64年至民國69年間，本院有43位非早期食道癌患者接受放射治療，其中31位接受單獨放射治療，12位接受手術前放射治療。單獨放射治療之劑量為每週治療5次，在10週內給予60葛雷，當腫瘤劑量達到4週40葛雷時，讓病人休息3週（NSD為1674）。手術前放射治療之劑量為1週內給予20葛雷或是在4至5週內給予40至50葛雷（NSD為1103或1257至1436）。單獨放射治療及手術前放射治療之3年存活率分別為9.7%及25%，5年存活率分別為9.7及16.6%。

The results of treatment of 31 patients who were given radiotherapy alone and 12 patients who were given pre-operative radiotherapy for advanced carcinoma of the esophagus between 1975 and 1980 are presented. The tumor dose for radiotherapy alone was 60 Gy in 30 fractions, 5 fractions per week. Patients were given 3 weeks rest when tumor dose reached to 40 Gy, NSD was 1674. The tumor dose for pre-operative radiotherapy was 40-50 Gy in 4-5 weeks or 20 Gy in 1 week, NSD was 1257-1436 or 1103. The 3-year survival rates for radiotherapy alone and for pre-operative radiotherapy patients are 9.7% and 25%, and 5-year survival rates are 9.7 and 16.6% respectively.
