Uterus Didelphys with Unilateral Hematometrocolpos-Evaluation with Sonography and MRI: Report of Two Cases
雙子宮雙陰道與單側性子宮陰道積血之超音波及磁振影像：二病例報告
摘要
兩位女童，學童腎臟超音波篩檢時一位12歲發現缺左側腎臟。另一位14歲於3年前篩檢時發現缺左側腎臟。兩位作骨盆腔超音波檢查時，發現膀胱後有陰道腫塊，疑有生殖道阻塞。理學檢查亦可摸到左側骨盆腔腫塊。磁振檢查證實為雙子宮雙陰道合併左側子宮陰道積血。因為磁振攝影可提供多種切面，不同脈衝，良好組織區分，將骨盆腔內生殖泌系統清楚顯示出來。子宮陰道內的積血，於T1WI及T2WI均呈現高訊號強度，很容易確認為亞急性血腫塊。磁振造影為非侵犯性檢查，對此種病變的診斷，極為有用，尤其是超音波檢查無法確定時更具價值。這兩位病人的診斷，經磁振檢查確定後，接受簡單安全的“陰道中膈切除”治療。

Two girls with unilateral renal agenesis and an ipsilateral retrovesical vaginal mass, detected by ultrasound, were considered unilateral occlusion of the genital tract. Subsequent magnetic resonance imaging accurately identified two uteri and vagina with dilatation of one side of genital tract, which was filled with blood component. The purpose of this paper is to report the uterus didelphys with unilateral hematometrocolpos and ipsilateral renal agenesis. This information benefits surgical planning.
