An Innovation Strategy of Benchmarketing Company: From OEM Perspectives

摘要


台灣產業因成衣協定取消全球紡織配額後,面臨全球化的競爭形成自由貿易的競爭環境。紡織業已不再是外銷的領導產業,成衣代工業進入微利時代,降低獲利突顯了提昇流程競爭力的迫切性。本研究爲探索性研究,透過研究模式的缺口探討台灣成衣紡織產業全球化的競爭下,台灣成衣紡織業如何重新聚焦代工核心能力與品牌經營過程中的創新策略。

The tailoring industry in Taiwan is facing with competition of global market. The purpose of this study is to present evidence that the innovation management effect on competitive advantage. This research used single case study method to discuss the innovation management effect on the competitive advantage, and the practicality of the innovation management is demonstrated through Makalot to show how to focalize core competence of OEM in the globalization market. This study discovered that the OEM industry could use the innovation strategy, helping the enterprise to rediscover its core competence in the niche of the global supply chain.
