幾丁聚醣/明膠/蠶絲蛋白不同混合比之靜電紡絲纖維膜抗菌性及吸水膨潤性評估

Antibacterial and Water Adsorbency Nanofiber Membrances Prepared with Various Ratio of Chitosan / Gelatin /Silk Fibroin Solution by Electrospinning Method

摘要


本研究以不同濃度幾丁聚醣添加至蠶絲蛋白進行靜電紡絲,並添加明膠提升其成絲性,探討纖維細度與抗菌性評估。由實驗結果得知,明膠對電紡織成絲性影響甚大,幾丁聚醣則影響較小,隨著明膠添加量增加而纖維越均勻且較粗,另外,以定量法進行抗菌測試結果可知,隨著幾丁聚醣添加量增加滅菌率隨之上升,當幾丁聚醣7%(含)以上時,即達到符合標準之99.5%滅菌率,由此可知,其滅菌效果良好,且具有環保及低成本之特性,而吸水率則隨著幾丁聚醣增加而下降,可以顯示幾丁聚醣緻密結構之影響。

This study on adding various mixing ratio of chitosan / gelatin into silk fibroin and nano fiber membrane was prepared by electrospinning .The fineness and antibacterial properties of membranes were investigated . The results showed the fibers were more uniformed and fineness increasing with increase of concentration of gelatin. In addition, the antibacterial properties were obviously enhanded by adding chitosan. The concentration of chitosan was at 7%, the antimicrobial ratio arrived 99.5%. The nano fiber membranes made from mixture of silk fibroin/chitosan/gelatin were environmental and available for biomaterials. The structural properties of chitosan cause the water absorption to decrease with an addition of chitosan.
