壓力小腿套功能表現測試及穿著感受評估

Investigation of Functional Performance and Perception Test of Compression Calf Sleeves

摘要


近年來壓力與機能服飾被廣泛應用在運動領域中,但目前市場皆以壓力褲居多,尚未有兼具壓力以及肌肉輔助功能小腿套,本研究以生物力學觀點出發,自行研發具有漸進式壓力以及肌肉輔助支撐之壓力小腿套,並比較壓力小腿套、一般腿套、無穿著腿套的三種情形下進行功能性表現和舒適度評分。目的希望透過科學化數據分析壓力小腿套的功能設計對於實際運動表現之影響。本實驗招募九名健康男性(年齡24.33±1.58歲,身高174.61±4.55公分,體重72.07±5.86公斤,小腿圍度38.22±1.18公分),實驗內容包含60秒閉眼單腳站立平衡,計算平衡時間和壓力中心晃動面積;室內跑步機慢跑(10kph),觀察脛前肌和腓腸肌肌電訊號情形,以及利用三軸加速規測量腓腸肌振動;連續30下垂直跳計算迴歸直線斜率,比較垂直跳下降高度的幅度;最後針對一般腿套和壓力小腿套進行主觀感受綜合評分。結果發現,慢跑時穿著壓力小腿套在腓腸肌肌電活化顯著下降,並且在腓腸肌的三軸合加速度和垂直地面方向加速度顯著低於無穿著腿套;連續30下垂直跳中,穿著壓力小腿套垂直跳高度的下降幅度顯著低於無穿著腿套。在舒適度和肌肉支撐性的主觀感受綜合評分,壓力小腿套也比一般腿套有顯著較高的評分結果。本研究顯示出壓力小腿套能夠藉由漸進式壓力提升血液的循環與代謝,而肌肉支撐和包覆性設計能夠減少肌肉振動,提高跑步的效率和減緩疲勞的影響,整體主觀感受也優於一般腿套。

Compression garments have been widely used in the sport fields. In addition to the gradient compression, muscle support is the other major function for compression pants. However, current compression calf sleeves in the market seldom have both compression and muscle support function. This research designed the compression calf sleeves with progressive pressure and muscle support from biomechanics point of view, and investigated functional performance and perception tests of three different conditions (compression calf sleeves, CCS. normal calf sleeves, NCS. no wearing, NW). The purpose of this study was to compare the scientific data to analyze the effect of compression calf sleeves on performance. Nine healthy male participants (height 174.61±4.55 cm, weight 72.07±5.86 kg, age 24.33±1.58 years, calf girth 38.22±1.18 cm) were recruited to perform a single leg balance task with eyes-closed for up to 60 s to count the balance time and the area of center of pressure. Moreover, EMG signals were recorded for the tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius muscles during treadmill running at 10kph. Also, a 3-D accelerometer was taped on the gastrocnemius to measure the muscle vibration. In addition, the slope of the regression line of 30-time continuous vertical jump was determined to compare the magnitude of the vertical jump height decreased. Finally, the perception was recorded on comfort feelings and muscle support about CCS and NCS. The results showed that EMG significantly decreased at gastrocnemius in CCS compared to NW during running, and significant lower values of resultant and vertical acceleration were found in CCS. On the other hand, CCS had significantly lower slope of regression line than NW in 30-time continuous vertical jump tests. The perception tests of comfort feelings and muscle support also showed significantly improved in CCS. It was concluded that the CCS could accelerate blood circulation by progressive pressure and decrease muscle vibration by muscle support. The CCS could also increase the running economy and abbreviate fatigue. Besides, the CCS showed better subjective feelings than NCS.
