病灶內注射類固醇治療復發性木村氏症

摘要

木村氏症為一病因未知的發炎性疾病，好發於東方年輕男性，臨床上常見的表現包括頭頸部非疼痛性腫瘤、淋巴結病變、週邊嗜伊紅性白血球升高(peripheral eosinophilia)及血清IgE升高。本科於2001年4月至2002年7月經歷3例。3例於腫瘤摘除後均有復發。我們嘗試用類固醇局部注射復發部位治療，均有緩解。對於無法接受高劑量口服類固醇治療或口服類固醇治療無效之復發腫瘤，局部注射類固醇是一種可以嘗試的治療選擇。

Kimura's disease is an inflammatory disease of unknown cause which mostly occurs in young Oriental males. The clinical presentations include non-tender tumor in head and neck region, lymphadenopathy, peripheral eosinophilia and elevated serum IgE. This report presented three cases of Kimura's disease enrolled from April, 2001 to July, 2002. Recurrence of tumors were noticed in three cases after surgery intervention. We tried local injection of steroid to the relaped tumors and remission of tumors was noticed in all cases. To those who can not tolerate high dose of oral steroid and those who have recurrent tumors resistant to oral steroid therapy, local injection of steroid may be an alternative choice.
