門診藥局藥師接收來自醫院各部門(如診間與檢查室)之單位領藥處方箋並進行藥品發放作業。然而,過程中涉及過多無形且不必要的成本支出(包括人力與紙張成本)。為改善此問題,於2020年4月由藥學部藥師啟動單位領藥之研究計畫,並根據醫策會「評鑑制度改革及2019年作業規定」提及之「作業簡化」與「減紙化」兩大原則,本研究首先針對現況著手於改善單位領藥流程(提升滿意度百分比)與減少紙張耗用量(減少紙張成本)兩項主要原因,擬定單位領藥打包資訊化之可行方案,執行後並檢視以下三項成效評估該指標,分別為「滿意度調查」,「節省工作時數」與「減少紙張成本」,並且將成效良好者列入標準化作業規範,並落實日常化作業。此研究不僅各單位在流程滿意度的部分有所提升外,主要價值也為醫院節省39.7%紙張金額。
Clinical pharmacists accepted all the unit prescriptions from every department (ex: clinic and examination room) and conducted the medicine dispensing. However, there were too many intangible and unnecessary costs involved (including personnel costs, paper costs) in the process. In order to improve these issues, in April 2020, the research was designed in pharmacy, and according to the Joint Commission of Taiwan 「Assessment Institution Reform and the Provision in 2019」 mentioned: The two brief principles were simplification and paper reduction. Firstly, the research directed the situation of unit prescription dispensing and carried on two essential factors, with making better of the process (improved the percentage of satisfaction) and reduced paper usage (made a paper cost reduction). We drew up with feasible strategies of unit prescription packaged information. After execution, we have checked the following three targets: survey of satisfaction, working hours saving and reduction of paper cost, putting the good parts into the standardized operation specifications, and carried out the improvement of daily routine works. The research project had not only improved the satisfaction of each unit in the process, but also on the main value, which saved 39.7% of the paper cost for the hospital.
