摘要


本研究用-微電腦控制之渦流產生器,同時加裝攝影設備與資料擷取系統,以此來探討矩形翼片渦流產生器,對裝有-平板式熱交換器的單-薄圓盤熱傳之增強效果。以各種不同夾角的矩形翼片,藉由改變其置放位置與角度,探討在不同實驗參數下,流場分佈情形對溫度之影響,藉此可求得各種電子元件與渦流產生器的角度與幾何形狀的最佳配合。本實驗所得到的結果,將可提高熱傳性能。

In this project, a mechatronical flow field visualization tester with CCD and data acquisition system is used to investigate the effects of experimental parameters, such as angle and geometry of rectangular-winglet vortex generator and flow velocity of fluid, on the distribution of flow field with respect to the temperature of the thin circular disk. By using this tester, the relationship between various electronic components and the combination of the optimum angle and the position of vortex generator is obtained. The experimental results will be able to improve the performance of electronic cooling.
