零件製造之最佳緩衝存貨策略-以航空齒輪軸為例

The Optimal Buffer Inventory Strategy for Parts Manufaduring-A Study of Aero Gear Bearing

摘要


對零件製造商而言,有效地控制成本乃為獲取利潤之不二法門。因此,吾人乃爰引緩衝存之概念,將以減少階段故障期間之損失、避免工程落差及維持良好之商譽,以達到降低成本之目的。是以,本文乃以空齒輪軸之加工程序為例,考量包括保管成本、缺貨成本、完成品存貨成本及補充成本之數理模式,並證得此模式為凸函數;且為了符合系統運作的實用性,階段故障修理時間為常數、指數分配、爾朗分配等特殊狀況乃為本研究所推導。然而,為了免除繁瑣的計算過程,吾人將此求解程序以C語言編譯可執行程式檔;續可經由本程式的執行提供管理者便捷之決策環境。

For part manufactures, there is one way to gain more profit is efficient controlling cost. To reduce cost, we cited the concept of buffer inventory to decouple the stage failure loss, avoid infra a work schedule, and remain a good will. Therefore, In this paper we concern an example of aero gear bearing manufacturing procedure. Also, we consider mathematical model which had proved as a convex function and it constrain by holding cost, shortage cost, storage cost for finished goods, and supplement cost. To find the system operation realistically, we derived some expressions of special repair time for stage failure-including constant, exponential, and earlang distribution. Due to the computational process is so tedious that we made a program with C language to eliminate the actions. By its execution, the rapid and convenient decision environment can be obtained.
