Dynamic Simulation of Wall Temperature for Flue Gas Line

摘要


如何正確預測煙道氣管壁溫度,對管線材質及施工程序的選用是非常重要的課題。本文提供一管線熱傳的經驗公式,並將其計算程序電腦化,藉以加快計算速度及提昇設計品質,文中並提出一設計實例,說明煙道氣管壁溫度與距離之關係。

It is very important for selection of material and working procedure to predict wall temperature of flue gas line. There is a practical equation of heat transfer coefficient for the pipeline in this article. Computerization of calculation procedure is introduced here to accelerate calculation and improve quality of engineering design. One example is presented here to determine the relationship of pipeline surface temperature vis distance.
