The purpose of this study is to investigate leased employees' perceptions toward their jobs. There are seven leasing companies and 202 leased employees participated in this study. Major findings of this study include: young unmarried females are the major source of leased employees, the cumulation of human capital is the major reason for leased employees entering the industry, leased employees' job satisfaction focus on human relations and job autonomy, leased employees lack of confidence to the industry and themselves, previous and current working experience influence leased employees' willingness and length in future leasing jobs.
