套袋對臍橙果實品質之影響

Effect of Bagging for Navel Orange Fruit Quality

摘要


利用白色紙袋、牛皮紙袋、不織布袋、雙層黑色紙袋、雙層黃黑紙袋及有孔透明PE塑膠袋等6種袋於9月下旬進行臍橙套袋處理,探討套袋內之光度及溫度對臍橙果實轉色與品質之影響。結果以透明塑膠袋內之光度最高,依序為白色紙袋、牛皮紙袋、不織布袋、雙層黃黑紙袋及雙層黑色紙袋,雙層袋內之光度均低,幾乎為0 Lux。各種套袋內之平均溫度差異不顯著,但中午12時,套透明塑膠袋內之溫度可高達30.0℃,雙層黃黑紙袋內中午溫度最低(28.6℃)。不同套袋處理對臍橙果實之果皮色澤有顯著之影響,對果重、果形、全可溶性固形物、果肉率、果皮厚度等則無顯著影響。其中以雙層黑色紙袋及雙層黃黑紙袋處理之果實轉色較佳,果皮顏色最黃、最亮且色澤最深;以白色紙袋處理者果實轉色較差,果實成熟時仍為黃綠色。上述結果顯示臍橙以雙層黑色或雙層黃黑紙袋套袋,均有促進果實轉色之效果。

This study used different bagging materials applied in bagging treatment to evaluate the effect to the growth and quality of navel fruit. The bagging time was at September 25 and materials including white paper bag, Kraft paper bag, double black paper bag, double yellow-black paper bag, PE bag, non-woven bag. The results showed that light intensity within plastic bag was higher than other treatment, including white paper bag, kraft paper bag and non-woven bag. The light intensity within double black paper bag and double yellow-black paper bag was almost 0 Lux. The average temperature within different bagging treatment was not difference. Temperature at 12:00 within plastic bag was highest, and temperature was within double yellow-black paper bag was lowest. The skin color of navel fruit was significantly different among the treatments. Fruit characters including weight, size, total soluble solid and fruit flesh ratio were not significantly different among the treatments. The skin color of fruit in double black paper bag and double yellow-black paper bag was yellower than other treatment. The skin color of fruit in white paper bag was yellow-green. However, to select double black paper or double yellow-black paper bagging material can enhance the color of navel fruit.
