本文首先介紹Lambert W函數,包含有函數的基本性質,發展歷史,常用軟體對應函數名稱,連分式的計算;進一步討論此函數的微分與積分,並應用於解最佳化問題。文中最後說明此函數在超越方程式的求解,計算時滯方程的解,以及計算補食系統的週期解的週期等方面的應用。期盼透過本人的簡介,讓更多人熟悉這個函數的發展以及計算,以及應用在呈現不同專業問題的解。
A brief exploration of the Lambert W function is presented in this article. Firstly, the basic information and history perspective of this function are reviewed. The calculus and examples are introduced accordingly. At the end, this function is applied to solving transcendental equations and delay equations as well as to computing the period of periodical solution to a Lokta-Volterra system for the predator-pray model. We hope the reader can get acquainted with the Lambert W function and its applications.
