本研究旨在探討我國大專運動教練領導行為之概況,並比較分析不同背景變項的選手,其知覺的教練領導行為之差異情形。根據本研究目的,研究者以參加全國第卅屆大專運動會247位田徑及桌球項目選手為研究對象,並以「運動領導量表(中文版)」為研究工具,進行調查,根據實際調查所得之資料,分別以單因子多變項變異數分析、單因子變異數分析及薛費氏檢定法等方法進行統計分析,經結果與討論後,發現: (一) 選手會因背景變項(性別、公、私立學校別、運動成就、訓練時間、運動項目、訓練頻率)的不同,而影響其知覺的教練領導行為。因此,教練應視選手背景變項的差異性,調整適當的領導行為。 (二) 本研究以選擇的前因變項(選手個人特質、環境變項),比較知覺的教練領導行為之差異,並應用選手背景變項來解釋其知覺的教練領導行為。其結果部分支持其他研究之共同發現,部分仍未有一致之定論。不過,本研究之具體結果,除印証本研究之假設外,更驗證了Chelladurai所提出的多元領導模式理論。
The purpose of this study was to compare the differences of coaches’ leadership behavior perceived by student athletes in colleges of Taiwan. Two hundred and forty seven student athletes in Taiwan’s colleges served as the subjects of this study. The research instrument “The Leadership Scale for Sports (Chinese Version)” was administered. One-way MANOVA and post hoc comparison were utilized for data analysis. The results showed that (a) significant differences were found in coaches’ leadership behavior which perceived by varied collegiate athlete. (b) A coach needs change hi coaching behavior according to athletes’ discipline, individual characteristics and situational characteristics.
