投壺是仿射箭,以矢投入酒壺的一種中國古代遊戲運動,具有鮮明的民族色彩,高尚的道德情操,而有關周代投壺源起的研究,截至目前為止,並未有完整的論述,且這種注重運動道德的遊戲運動值得研究,更發人深省,故引發筆者的研究動機。本研究的目的在瞭解投壺興起的時代背景、考察投壺運動的源起,分析投壺運動的儀節、規則、場地及方法與射禮的異同。藉以瞭解當時的整個發展情形,做為日後的參考。本研究採用歷史研究法,研究範圍上起西周下至東周之時。研究結語如下: 一、投壺的興起與封建制度及文武分途有關。 二、投壺運動是由射禮轉變而來,起源於春秋興盛於戰國時期。 三、投壺與射禮的外在形式雖不同,內在精神卻一致。
Tou Hu, derived from the archery, is a game in which a person throws arrows into the pot. It has distinctly ethnic variegation. There is no integral discussion on retrospective from the period of the Chou Dynasty; furthermore, this game emphasizes the sports moral life and the rituals and stimulates deep thought. The author is attracted to make a detailed examination into the issue. This research is focused on understanding the beginning and developing of Tau Hu, and analyzes the rules of rituals, methods, sites, and the similarity and dissimilarity to the rituals of archery. This study adopts historical documentation, ranging from West-East Chou Dynasty. In summary, The following is the feature characteristics of Tou Hu: 1. The development of Tou Hu is related to feudalism and the distribution of literary and military. 2. Tou Hu is derived from the rituals of archery, arises from Chuen Chiou, and is popular in Jann Gwo. 3.Tau Hu differs from archery in forms, but coincides in inner spirit.
