摘要

目的：在翻譯及修訂Dirks(2000)的領導信任量表為中文版，檢驗其信度與效度。方法　研究參與者為自臺灣北部大專院校中的325名運動員，以項目分析、內部一致性及因素結構分析檢驗領導信任量表之信度、效度。結果　顯示翻譯後的運動領導信任量表具有良好的信度，9題的驗證性因素分析係數在.69到.88之間，適合度指標分別為NFI=.92，CFI=.93，IFI=.93，SRMR=.04，x^2 ratio=5.68，顯示領導信任量表因素結構與Dirks(2000)相同。結論　翻譯後之運動領導信任量表可以做為運動情境中領導信任之測量工具，後續研究者可以應用本問卷進行相關之研究。

Purpose: This study aimed to translate Dirks' Measurement Scale for Trust in Leader (2000) into Chinese version. Methods: The subjects were 325 university athletes drawn from Northern Taiwan. Statistical analysis included discriminatory power for each items, internal consistency for whole scale, and confirmatory factor analysis. Results: The statistical process revealed reliable and valid instrument for the Chinese version of Scale for Trust in Leader. The coefficient of confirmatory factor analysis resulted from the Chinese version is between .69 and .88; the adaptability index are respectively below: NFI=.92, CFI=.93, SRMR=.04 and χ^2 ratio=5.68; it revealed the confirmatory factors of Chinese version and Dirks' (2000) are the same. Conclusion: The Chinese version of Scale for Trust in Leader is a valid instrument which can be used in sport context and applied to related issue in future studies.
