增進無氧運動表現的碳酸氫鈉增補策略

摘要


增補碳酸氫鈉、檸檬酸鈉及乳酸鈉等鈉緩衝劑被認爲可以增加血液的緩衝能力,提升乳酸及氫離子排出肌肉細胞的速率,進而幫助無氧運動的表現。然而先前的研究結果並不一致,同時在增補過程中,部分還伴隨有腸胃不適的副作用,這些可能與增補鈉緩衝劑的種類、劑量及增補的方式不同有關。本文即對此主題進行文獻分析,結果顯示以0.5g•kg^(-1)體重的碳酸氫納劑量,於賽前5~6 天的短期增補(必要時得預留2天的停止增補期)策略,對於無氧運動的表現較有幫助,同時可以免除賽前立即增補碳酸氫鈉所引起的腸胃不適之副作用。
