跆拳道競賽戰術應用之剖析

摘要

為增添跆拳道競賽的公平性、安全性及可看性，世界跆拳道聯盟對競賽規則做過多次修改，現今施行的新制包括：電子護具、世界排名制、錄影審議制、縮小賽場面積等。為因應競賽新制，跆拳道動作技巧及戰術策略愈傾向主動、前腳攻擊，得分趨勢也逐漸轉為上端攻擊，攻擊節奏與速度皆有提升。然而許多選手在第1、2 回合多採觀望及保守策略，我國選手可適時把握此一優勢，提早採取進攻型態，以先發制人奪得先機。

World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) amended the Taekwondo rules for many times to increase the justice, safety, and excitement of Taekwondo competitions. After amended, the latest rules are including: wearing electronic sensor protectors, according to the world ranking, preparing video tape recorders, and demarcation of the competition area, etc. Now, the strategy of techniques and tactics of Taekwondo in the competitions is based on attacking rather than counter-attacking, encouraging the uses of head kicking to obtain greater points, as well. Therefore, many athletes keep looking and guard in the first two sets to avoid breaking the rules. So this is a chance for Chinese Taipei to gain the initiative by striking first.
