Primary Umbilical Endometriosis-Case Report and Literature Review
原發性肚臍子宮內膜異位－病例報告與文獻回顧
摘要
原發性肚臍子宮內膜異位被定義為在肚臍出現異位性之子宮內膜組織且病人並無之前子宮內膜異位之病史。在文獻報告中發生於肚臍之原發性子宮內膜異位是較少見的，尤其在亞洲人身上。本篇報告案例為－37歲女性病人，其臨床表現為一肚臍腫瘤伴隨周期性的出血，其接受手術切除腫瘤及肚臍重建，術後傷口癒合良好，六個月後之追蹤，重建之肚臍自然美觀，且經過術後10年，並無復發的現象。有關原發性肚臍子宮內膜異位之相關流行病學、臨床好發症狀、病態生理學、治療方式及肚臍腫瘤之鑑別診斷皆作－文獻回顧。

Primary umbilical endometriosis is defined as presence of ectopic endometrial glands within umbilicus without prior history of pelvic endometriosis. It is rare presentation in all cases of endometriosis, especially in Asians. We reported a 37 year-old female patient presented as an umbilical mass with cyclic bleeding who received complete surgical resection of umbilical lesion. Primary umbilical reconstruction was done. Good aesthetic result was obtained after 6 months follow-up. During the follow up of 10 years period, no recurrence was found. The epidemiology, clinical symptoms, pathophysiology, treatment and differential diagnosis of umbilical lesion were reviewed.
