正常人之最大肌力與超大電刺激肌肉反應圖形之關係

摘要


本研究目的在探討正常人其外展短姆指肌之最大肌力與以超大電量刺激正中神經所產生的肌肉收縮圖形,兩者間關係如何。自民國七十三年元月至六月共五十名自願者,男女各半接受此實驗。方法用自製肌力測定器,測量兩側短外展姆肌肌力,再以常規神經傳導速度檢查方法,作短外展姆肌之腕部電刺激,所得之Compound actiom potential,由電腦作線上判讀。測量其潛期、振幅、間期及表面積,再與肌力相較,研究兩者間有無統計學上之相關性。並分別就性別、左右手及各項參數間作比較。結果顯示:(1)正常人外展短姆指肌最大肌力與最大電刺激表面肌電波無線性關係。(2)外展短姆指肌肌力,男比女大,右比左大,男性肌波之面積、振幅、間期皆較女性為大。但無統計學上之意義。(3)正中神經電刺激最大表面積肌波的面積和振幅成正比。 最後本文將討論影響實驗結果的種種因素。及需要改進之處。以為爾後之參考。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the maximal force and supramaximal electrical stimulation evoked potential of the abducter pollicis brevis muscle in normal person. Fifty volunteers from January, 1984 to June, 1984 were reviewed. Age distribution from twenty years old to seventy years old. Each sex was in same unmber of cases. There was no subjective complaint of discomfort of abnormal objective findings in hands or neck. The results of study werer: 1.There was no linear correlation between maximal force and supramaximal evoked potential of the abducter pollicis brevis(A.P.B.)muscle in normal person. 2. In both sexes and all age groups the maximal force of A.P.B. muscle was greater in right side than in left, but was not statistically significant. 3.The averaged maximal muscle force of A.P.B. muscle was significantly greater in male than in female group. 4.The amplitude, surface area and duration of male were mildly greater than of female when stimulated the median nerve at wrist. 5.There was linear correlation between the surface area versus amplitude and surface area versus M-index(product of amplitude and duration) for median nerve stimulated at wrist.
