摘要

12種臨床評估方式和4種實驗室檢查方法，包括了一種新設計的關節壓疼度計，被用來對42位類風性關節炎患者作疾病活動性評估的比較研究。這些病人分別於6個月內，在其急性活動期及穩定期，作評估檢查，然後將不同疾病活動期所得之各項檢查結果的差異變化，作相關性分析比較。結果顯示疼痛關節總數、關節壓疼度計、指尖至遠端掌紋、功能砰分、C－反應蛋白及手握力6項，為類風濕性關節炎疾病活動力之較佳臨床指標。

12chinical assessments and 4 laboratory tests of disease activity, including a newly designed dolorimeter, have been compared in a group of 42 patients with rheumatoid arthritis seen in 2 disease active and stable stages within 6 months. Number of painful joints, dolorimetry, distance of fingertip-to-distal palmar crease, functional score, C-reactive protein, and grasp strength correlate best with other assessments and tests, and are therefore to be the best clinical indices of disease activity.
