探討台灣矽晶圓太陽能電池產業之合作網絡評估模式

Analyzing Collaboration Network Models in Taiwan Solar Cell Industry

摘要

全球經濟盛行加上產品生命週期縮短，導致企業發展環境與競爭情勢越形艱難；企業為了避免在慘烈競爭中被迫退出，多採取策略聯盟等不同形式的合作網絡政策，籍由與其他企業結合，增強競爭能力。本研究以台灣矽晶圓太陽能電池產業為研究對象，先以決策實驗分析法(DEMATEL)進行關聯性分析，確認各準則間之關聯性，按著運用網絡層級分析法(ANP)，以自瞭解台灣太陽能電池產業在競爭條件及風險上的關鍵因素，及最適當之合作網絡模式。研究結果顯示，風險土產業重視「供應風險」、「競爭風險」及「財務風險」；網絡關係效益上首重「進入新市場」，其次為「獲得互補性資源」、「獲取交易成本效益」；合作樣式選擇上，以「策略聯盟」為首選，其次為「合併與收購」與「合資」。

Nowadays, based on the business environment and competition they are facing, ”speed” seems to be the key factor that enables businesses to compete. Most companies have adopted strategic alliances to form cooperative relationships with other parties in order to enhance their competitive capability. This research targets the solar silicon cell industry in Taiwan, and strives to increase understanding of the network benefits enterprises gain by analyzing how they deal with different opportunities and risks. The results show that supply risk, competition risk, financial risk are the important risks. The network benefits mainly focuses on entering new markets, getting complementary resources and gaining transaction cost benefits. They prefer strategic alliances as collaboration model.
