地方層級課程發展之探討－以宜蘭縣國民中小學鄉土教學活動課程為例

摘要

本研究主要在探討地方層級課程發展的實際情況，透過相關文獻分析，建構本研究之理論基礎及研究架構，並藉由訪談實際參與宜蘭縣國民中小學鄕土教學活動課程發展的教師、教育局承辦人員、諮詢人員、與極力倡導鄕土教育的行政首長等，進行資料的蒐集、分析與討論，進而完成研究目的。

There are four major purposes in this study: (1) to explore the motivation theories of curriculum development of local district; (2) to understand factors that affect the development in the process of Hsiang-Tu instruction; (3) to probes the developmental process of Hsiang-Tu instruction in I-Lan county; and (4) to make some conclusions and provide suggestions for future curriculum reforms in Taiwan.
The conclusions of this study are outlined as follows: (1) the concept of curriculum development of local district can be treated as the transfer of curriculum decision-making right; (2) the model of curriculum development of local district can be defined as the kind of adaptability reform, based on the resources and curriculum decision-making right; (3) from the national needs for curriculum reform, the importance of curriculum development of local district is addressed; and (4) the reason why I-Lan county developed their Hsiang-Tu instruction is political favor far ecosystem, efficient usage of the communication strategies, plentiful financial support, and for school districts highly execute.
