國小校長教學領導與教師教學效能之研究

A Study of Principal's Instructional Leadership and Teacher's Teaching Effectiveness

摘要


本研究旨在探討國小校長教學領導與教師教學效能之關係。本研究以文獻分析法與問卷調查法為研究方法,以931位公立國小正式教師為研究調查對象。 本研究採用SPSS 10.0 for Windows電腦統計套裝軟體進行相關資料分析處理,依據受試者之填答結果,分別採用平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、薛費法、皮爾遜積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法。 本研究所得到的結論如下: 一、國小教師所知覺到的校長教學領導程度,屬於中度的表現。 二、國小教師所知覺到的教師教學效能程度,屬於高度的表現。 三、男性、年齡較長、擔任行政工作、服務年資較深的教師對校長教學領導的知覺較高。 四、年齡較長、擔任行政工作、較高學歷教師對教學效能的知覺較高。 五、不同程度校長教學領導與教師教學效能有顯著差異。 六、校長教學領導行為與教師教學效能具有正相關。 七、國小校長教學領導對教師教學效能具有顯著的預測作用。 依據研究結果,本研究提出對於教育行政主管機關和國小校長之建議。

The purpose of this research was to discuss relationships betweenprincipal's instructional leadership and teacher's teaching effectiveness. The research methods adopted literature analysis and survey method .The subjects included 931 teachers from public schools. The collected datawere analyzed by SPSS10.0 for Windows statistic package and wereanalyzed by descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheff'e, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The following were the primary conclusions for the research: 1. Elementary school teachers perceived the principal's instructional leadership as above average. 2. Elementary school teachers perceived the teacher's teaching effectiveness as high standard. 3. The teachers who were male, concurrently administrative duties, older, senior show higher perception of principals' instructional leadership. 4. The teachers who were older, concurrently administrative duties, higher academic background show higher perception of teacher's teaching effectiveness. 5. The varying degree of principal's instructional leadership and teacher's teaching effectiveness has revealed the difference. 6. There was positive correlation existed between principal's instructional leadership and teacher's teaching effectiveness. 7. The teacher's teaching effectiveness can be predicted based on principal's instructional leadership. According to the conclusions, the suggestion are provided for educational bureau and principals.
