茶葉色素染色性之研究

摘要

現今的天然染料雖然無法在短期之內解決紡織生態學上的問題，但以中長期來看，由於其具有節約能源的特性，將來會非常的受到歡迎。因此本實驗以天然茶葉為原料萃取出其天然色素，再對羊毛及棉哉物進行其染色可行性之研究。取其天然以及環保的特性，以改善紡織品染整加工時合成染料所造成之污染。發現添加數種不同的媒染劑會改變染色效果及其染色堅牢度。同時在對染色後的我物做數種堅牢度的測試，結果發現茶葉所萃取出之天然色素在羊毛的酸性媒染染色條件下可得技佐的染色效果，同時其性質和酸性媒染染料相似。

The object of this paper is to find the possibility of extracting colorants from teas, the dyeability of these colorants in cotton or wool and the dyeing fastness properties of dyed fabrics. As a result, all of the colorants showed high affinity to wool, and the fastness properties of all dyeing samples were in accord with commercial requirements.
