以廢棄大理石粉與廢棄PET纖維製複合石板之可行性研究

摘要


本研究以廢棄大理石粉和廢棄眾酯纖維短纖為強化材,加上基材二聚氰氨樹脂,然後在固定厚度的模具下加壓進行高溫高壓熱處理,製成再生石板。 藉由石粉與眾酯維的比例與成型條件的改變,來探討複合材的機械、物理 性質及最佳成型條件。實驗結果得知,其最佳成型比例為石粉:聚酯纖維之 重量比為3:1 '成型壓力為120kgf/cm2 ,成型時間為25min '成型溫度為150° c。

The recycled marble powder and the wasted PET fabric was used as the reinforced material and coating with TR - 234, formed by 'hot temperature and high press in this study. The physical effect, and mechanical properties of samples, and the best treatment condition of the composite material were studied by changing percentage of marble powder and formed set. The results indicate that the best treatment conditions are found, marble powder: wasted PET = 3 : 1 ,120 kgf/cm2, 25minutes, 150°C。
