摘要


此研究在探討防彈積層板在熱壓的過程中改變熱壓成的壓力;以兩種不同的壓力做排列組合熱壓成積層板。改變其不同的壓力差熱壓成積層板後;分別比較其抗彈性能的差異。研究發現;成型壓力及壓力差愈大則抗彈性能愈好;且排列方式以大小小、小大小以及小小大成型的積層板可得到比傳統單一壓力成型的積層板具有更強的抗彈性能。

The study is about changing the setting plate pressure, range of pressure and changing arrangement. Then compare the influence on the ballistic resistance. According to experiment result, the pressure and range of setting pressure are higher, the ballistic resistance is stronger, and changing arrangement has stronger ballistic resistance.
